ENTERING THE CIRCUIT

Please be aware that your luggage will be inspected upon entry. Review the list of allowed and prohibited items to ensure you know what you can bring and what should stay at home. This includes fan merchandise, food, and beverages. Attempting to smuggle items past the organisers is not advised. If you are caught with a banned item, it will be confiscated and disposed of. In severe cases, you could be prohibited from entering.

Tickets

• You can only enter the circuit with a valid ticket. You can either have it electronically or printed on paper. Our tip is clear - keep your ticket on your mobile phone and be ready to show it. However, it is a good idea to have a backup printed version. If everything goes well,  you won't even have to take it out of your pocket.
• We recommend buying your tickets online. It takes less than two minutes and you’re ready to go. Check out the best prices here, but don't wait too long, some tickets are already sold out! You can choose from seated, general admission, or natural grandstand tickets with no seat reservations.
• Each code is valid for one entry. Do not send your ticket to anyone you do not trust, otherwise they may misuse it. If you leave the circuit for part of the day, be sure to have your ticket re-tagged by security. If you do not do so, you will not be able to return to the circuit on the same day. The ticket is not linked to a specific user. Therefore, more than one person can use the same ticket on the circuit on the same day.

Parking

To make the most of your visit to the Lusail International Circuit (LIC), it’s advisable to depart early due to the special traffic measures that will be in place on event days. Expect delays from heavy traffic around the circuit and parking areas.

Although there is free parking available, spaces are limited. To help reduce traffic congestion, we encourage event-goers to use public transportation or consider carpooling. For those with mobility impairments, specially designated parking spots are available and require disability parking permits.

Use Exit 29B and follow the signs directing spectators to these areas. Note that direct access to the LIC from Al Khor Coastal Road is restricted. The Qatar GP app is a helpful tool for navigating to the parking zones. By entering your ticket information in the app’s Maps feature, it will suggest the best parking routes for you, making your event day experience smoother.

Opening hours of the circuit

In 2024, the spectators were able to access the Lusail International Circuit from 12:30 PM on Friday, from 11:00 AM on Saturday and from 1:30 PM on Sunday.
